The infant care teacher is responsible for a creating conducive learning environment to help infants aged 2 to 18 months reach their developmental milestones. The teacher is expected to introduce activities and employ relevant educational tools and equipment to support the delivery of a programme curriculum that meets the needs of the children in this age group.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Infant care (CIT/ACEY)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English/Chinese
  • Positive work attitude and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure

The Child Care Teacher is responsible for the planning and implementation of a holistic early childhood curriculum in a safe and clean learning environment for the children. The teacher is expected to conduct activities, and employ the relevant apparatus and equipment to support the delivery of a programme curriculum that meets the needs of the children. The Child Care Teacher should ideally be very comfortable around children of between 18 months and 6 years of age and be able to manage a class effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Pre-school Education (DPE-T)/Early Childhood Care Education (CECCE) or equivalent
  • At least 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits, including credits in English and Mother Tongue
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of current early childhood care and education development theories, research and practices
  • Able to work well with children and families
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English/Chinese
  • Positive work attitude and full of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Singaporean citizen/ Permanent Resident preferred

The Relief Teacher is responsible for providing and maintaining an educational atmosphere conducive to learning when the form teacher of the class is not available. The Relief Teacher should ideally be comfortable around children of between 18 months and 6 years of age and be able to manage a class effectively. The Relief Teacher is not expected to work on Saturdays.

Requirements:

  • Must be available at short notice
  • The Relief Teacher should possess a recognised Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Positive work attitude and full of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
